Our Mission
Today’s food systems face rising demands; more traceability, more regulation, and more responsibility. Consumers want to know where their food comes from and how it’s produced. As a result, expectations rise and regulations tighten.
Companies must juggle data, audits, and certifications—all while proving products are safe, sustainable, and ethical. Yet everyone shares one goal: to build responsible supply chains. It’s time for a new foundation.
That’s why we built Simvia. A platform that simplifies compliance, synchronizes sustainability data, and empowers suppliers and buyers alike. by doing more, but by making it easier to do what’s right.
Current Opportunities

What are we looking for?
We describe our culture as driven and kind. A combination that's rare, and one that only works if every new colleague brings both. Here's who tends to thrive here:
Driven. You set ambitious goals and go after them. You want to grow fast in your career, and you welcome a high bar.
Low ego. You reflect on your own work, ask for feedback, and give it straight. You'd rather hear the truth than a comfortable story.
Kind. You value real relationships with colleagues and customers, and you believe people do their best work in a high-trust environment.
Recognize yourself in this? Take a look at the open positions above. And if this sounds more draining than energizing, that's a useful signal too, better to find out now than three months in.

Meet the leaders empowering our team
Choose one core value and tell us a bit about how you live up to it?
"Frankness & transparency. Product can be a highly complex discipline. The default is often to shield people from that complexity - I try to resist that. I aim to be as transparent as possible in decision-making: simplifying tensions and debates to a shareable point, bringing leadership discussions to the team, and always explaining the why behind what we do. When people understand the reasoning, they can push back, improve on it, and carry it forward."
Hélène van den DriesHead of Product
What is your favorite Simvia story/moment?
"It’s hard to choose just one, but the Christmas party with the pub quiz and karaoke was unforgettable. A close second would be the time I accidentally set a tea towel on fire and caused a full building evacuation …"
Yoram HendriksHead of Customer Success
Can you choose one core value and tell us how you live up to it?
"The one core value that always comes to my mind first is “Warm Bunch”. For me, it’s incredibly important that a workplace allows you to truly be yourself. I felt that from day one. As the People and Culture team we made it one of our goals to maintain and strengthen this safe and welcoming environment. By embracing different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, we create a vibrant culture where individuality is not only accepted — but celebrated."
Naomi de NijsPeople and Culture Manager
